3. 能力资质要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements:
1）教育背景Education:
本科文凭及以上学历，金属材料/机械类专业。Bachelor's degree at least, major in metal material science/mechanical related
2）经验 Experience:
最好是在生产、工艺管理的工作经验，在钢铁工业里有相似工作经历或实习经历。Prefer work experience in production, technology management， Proven work or internship experience in a similar position in the steel industry.
3）知识及培训要求Knowledge & Training:
熟练使用 OFFICE软件，数据分析熟练应用尤佳。Be familiar with MS Office, familiar with data analysis
4） 语言要求Language requirement：
可以和欧洲专家直接交流。Could use English communication with European experts.
