工作职责
1.To guide professional foreman, responsible for professional construction coordination work, detail construction plan implement, HSE and QC control and process management
管理各专业领班，负责各专业的生产协调，施工计划安排，安全与质量控制与过程管理
2.Optimization and implementation for the detail fabrication plan, to report progress of the key activities and resolve project difficulties
具体施工方案的优化与实施，及时汇报项目施工难点与重要节点进度，解决施工难点
3.Management and coordination for the work tools, vehicles and resources
场地布置与施工工机具，车辆与大型资源的调配与协调
4.Assist to implement the PEP, quality and the HSE plan
协助项目实施策略、项目质量计划、项目HSE计划等程序的实施
5.To manage and supervise the the work interface and detail work of subcontractor
分包界面协调与工作量管理，对分包商进行监督与考核
6.Assist to identify the project change and review the change order
协助工程项目变更识别工作，审核内外部变更文件
工作要求：
1.Senior school or above
高中及以上学历
2.Marine engineering or related major
海洋工程等相关专业。
3.Basic knowledge of steel fabrication and familiar
with project management
了解钢结构专业相关知识，熟悉项目管理。
4.Above 10 years relevant work experience
10年及以上相关工作经验
5. Rich site construction management and coordination experience is Preferred具有丰富的现场施工管理经验
Good analysis judgment and executive ability
具有一定的分析判断和很好的执行能力
