岗位职责:1.根据招聘计划及人员需求,开展招聘工作。执行简历筛选、电话初试、跟踪落实面试人员情况等工作;2.招聘渠道的开发拓展维护;招聘系统的输入,维护以及招聘报告的制作。3.与用人部门保持积极沟通,根据反馈寻找合适候选人4.支持新进员工试用期考核、晋升提薪和转岗等工作;5.负责组织策划员工的各类活动,定期与员工沟通,帮助建立积极的员工关系;岗位要求:1.本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理等相关专业,3年以上人事工作经验;2.熟练运用Excel、Word、Powerpoint等办公软件;3.积极向上、良好的人际沟通和换位思考能力,有团队合作精神,和一定的抗压性;4.熟悉IT行业者优先。Job Description:Responsibilities*Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via cold calling, social networking, data mining, resumes databases, job postings, employee referrals, and career fairs.*Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, interview scheduling, selection, offers negotiation and issue offers.*Extensive experience in bulk hiring(volume hiring) and able to meet on boarding schedule targets. *Data management for daily hiring tracker, report and analysis of interview result*Be update with recruitment best practice, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels & techniques*Responsible for ensuring recruitment processes comply with appropriate business controls and documentationQualifications:*Bachelor degree, with3-4 years Hiring experience ( head hunting experience will be a plus) *Fluent English*Demonstrated sound problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis and evaluation.*Resourceful, innovative, and persuasive.*Demonstrated integrity and ability to deal confidentially with information and issues *Flexibility to quickly shift priorities and juggle simultaneous requirements.*Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.*Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned projects
