Responsible for partnering with business segment leaders to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth. Advise and coach business leaders on matters related to talent management, including competency requirements, workforce planning, leadership selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, compliance program, etc. Partner with local HR teams and subject matter experts to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions, e.g., workforce and succession planning, leadership development, reward and recognition, etc.We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Relentless drive to winHere is a glimpse of what you’ll do: In consultation with business leaders and HR colleagues, develop and deliver an HR strategy for meeting business needs. Provide advice and support to business leaders on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, etc. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such as strategic recruiting, workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review) for the business segment. Drive employee communications within business segment. Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required. Responsible to support compliance policies and its effective implementation. Acts as a change driver to realize the long-term people strategy as integral member of business leadership team.Here is some of what you’ll need (required): A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required. A Master of Business degree is preferred. Solid and progressive experience in HR across all major functions. Experience in the full range of HR functional areas Experience with competence & resources gap closing for the urgent business needs. Experience with driving, motivating employee engagement. Good Business Sense and Financial Acumen & Skills Proven management background with experience of being a part of a management team with high influence skills.
