Initiate and execute whole year retail marketing plan for retail and wholesale. Including promotion/ roadshow/event. In charge of marketing promotion/ roadshow for in and out of stores to dial up brand-level communication; support each campaign awareness and consumer educations. Overall responsible for the roadshow/event including execution calendar, create design and successfully implement, report…etc. to ensure achieve the agreed target & KPI. Monitor and track all the execution. Co-work with sales team (retail & wholesale) and internal cross-function team to preparation and landing implementation. Support annual sales conference including set up, fashion show planning & internal coordinate with cross-functional team. Plan and create sales support by providing effective retail GWP/ activity aligned with brand campaign & seasonal campaign for retail & wholesale. Manage external agencies to ensure content plan alignment, execution quality and on-time delivery. Good budget control alight with company regulation.
