Position Description: Marketing Executive, Trauma Products
Purpose:
Facilitating trauma marketing team in terms of product related internal process and working with upper limb marketing team to on a nationwide to implement marketing initiatives and activities, diving business growth to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities/duties:
? Develop local product marketing strategies for the Trauma products including market segmentation, product positioning, product pricing, and product planning in alliance with Pacific and Global Marketing.
? Execute marketing initiatives/activities such as phase-in/phase-out plan, product promotions, advertising, KOL development, and customer symposium to implement the marketing strategies and product plans by working together with the sales team.
? Work closely with product managers in processing internal SOPs and data analysis; provide product and/or area specific insight to support sales growth.
? Monitor closely the monthly product sales performance record, provide analysis & action plan on improvements in terms of product mix, company's ROI to maintain business growth in the market
? Working with marketing team to develop marketing communication materials such as product bulletin, product brochures, surgical technique manuals, clinical white papers, and product posters etc. Provide product information to support the update of company website.
? Drive and support product registration in cooperation with Cooperate with RA/QA team.
? Submit monthly reports in marketing activities done, market dynamics and immediate & short term action items.

Upper limb marketing manager, Trauma BU, Synthes China
Requirements
Technical Skill & knowledge:
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work across departments by influence
? Articulate in Mandarin and fluent in written and spoken English
? Good command of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
Relevant Experience:
? At least three years experience in a marketing/product specialist in healthcare or related industries.
? Sales experience is preferable
Educations
? A Bachelor degree is required, preferably in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or Marketing
