2 Identify decision makers and key influencers within each strategic account and develop a network of business relationships
3 Supervise and instruct BD assistant work schedule and regular reports. Provide training service to BD team to upgrade team member abilities and enhance responsibility sense to company;
4 Collect and organize RFQ from new customers, arrange and involve relative departments to participate in quotation;
5 Coordinate and supervise relative departments to finish quotation with reasonable RM and process cost;
6 Responsible for cost-profit margin management, provide draft quotation and recommendations to GM for decision-making; 5
7 Keep a balance between customer needs and company benefit to maintain sound business;
8 Clarify and deal with new RFQ according to internal standard process, follow up key business issues before SOP ; Cooperate with CS team about PO and other work handover once new project SOP;
9 Develop regular status reports and actively communicate business development progress with the management and peer groups to achieve consensus and support; Arrange and coordinate internal department daily issue;
10 In charge of RFQ files and routine report records management and maintainance;
11 Deal with emergent cases regarding to customer special requirements, involve in all relative departments and make sure to deliver good service to customer;
12 Complete other tasks assigned by GM and feedback promptly.任职资格Requirements:
(1) 市场营销或相关专业本科以上学历。
Bachelor Degree and above , Marketing or engineering or other relevant disciplines.
(2) 接受过市场营销,管理,合同法,经济法,财务知识及产品知识等方面的培训。
Familiar with Marketing ,Business Management , contract Law , Economic Law , Financial Knowledge , Cost Sense;
(3) Automotive Industry Experience required -3 years minimum
(4) Greater than 5 years of related Sales or engineering experience.
(5)Extrovert ,passionate ; must act with Charisma , good team players ;
(Engagement)aggressive ; to drive for Changes ,diligent ,willing to receive challenges;
