2.RESPONSIBILITIES 工作内容
Drive manufacturing processes and production flow, set up production lay out
促进生产工艺流程以及产品线，制定生产设计
Knows well about the production line setup, capacity analysis and 5S maintenance
十分熟悉生产线的设计，性能设计以及5s维护
Establish and communicate manufacturing support documents, procedures or specifications (working instruction, routines, cost control, drawings, set ups…)
建立以及传达生产支持性文档，步骤或者标准（作业指导书，规范，成本控制，制图，设计等）
Ability to manage day to day production support and problem solving independently and quickly, as well as developing the vision of manufacturing continuous improvement
能管理每日生产的提供的支持，独立快速的解决问题，以及提供持续性生产提供的意见
Design the fixtures needed for production or modify the current fixtures or equipments.
为生产设计所需的装置或者修改现有的设备装置
Communicate with the equipment/fixture supplier about the technical details
和设备/装置的供应商沟通技术细节
Suggest related investments
对于相关装置提供意见
Drive manufacturing cost control and cost reduction programs
督促生产成本控制以及成本降低项目的完成
Act as the conduit for communicating and enforcing all company rules, policies and procedures for personnel conduct, company property, ethics, compensation, safety
对沟通已经推进公司的所有规章制度以及个人道德规范，公司财产，报酬规定，安全作为信息传递人
Propose solution to maximize production efficiency, productivity, respecting delivery times

Train, direct, and motivate personnel to produce the highest quality parts and products

3.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 知识&技能
Formal qualifications 学历要求: University degree, major in mechanic or electricity.机械或者机电专业本科
Experience 工作经验: At least 1 year experience in similar function or in production department of industrial goods 至少1年以上在相关行业或者部门任职
Skills 技能: Fluent mandarin, good English level at reading, writing, listening and speaking.
熟练的普通话以及英语（听说读写）
Good computer skill, MS office software, lotus notes, AutoCAD and etc. 电脑技能（办公软件，Lotus Notes,AutoCAD等）
Knowledge 知识: Good manufacturing industrial knowledge. Knows well about the assembly and common electrical ****s of the welding machine or other similar equipment. 掌握制造业的知识，熟悉焊机或者类似设备的装配以及普电测试
Communication / interpersonal Good communication skill
Analytical Ability to analyze and resolve the issues on time independently.
