公司创办于2007年，是合资的经济实体，本公司占地面积26000平方米，厂房面积13500平方米，固定资产为6000万元，注册资金为1200万元，现有员工350余人，其中工程技术人员60多名，占公司管理人员总数的30%，是一家集电梯控制技术成立的高新技术企业，是从事电梯研发、制造、销售、安装、维修服务的专业化大型中德合资企业，为用户提供包括客梯、住宅梯、医用梯、货梯、观光梯、自动扶梯、自动人行道、别墅梯、汽车梯、液压梯等产品在内的电梯系列产品及服务。
