8th, December 2014, CITIC Capital Partners launched a tender offer to acquire a controlling stake of MORITEX Corporation. Jan 28th 2016, CITIC Capital Partners acquired all controlling stake of MORITEX to be the wholly-owned investment company to MORITEX.
