设计院拥有一支技术素质高、专业配套齐全、技术装备先进、经验丰富而精干的设计队伍。专业技术人员300余人；其中拥有高级职称人员49人；一级注册结构师20人；一级注册建筑师20人，注册公用设备工程师6人；电气工程师2人，以及注册城市规划师7人；水、电、空各项专业配套设备齐全，综合实力雄厚。坚持“扬科研优势，创优秀设计”的办院方针，多年来我院设计了大量的各种类型各具特色的多、高层建筑，完成了一批配套完善的小区规划及大中型建设项目。
